Help to identify a small part that comes with the OTU2-XP card

As the subject line described, I am puzzled at a part that comes with the OTU2 box. It is small, rectangular, white, plastic like but sealed in an ESD bag, tugged in the OTU2 module cage.  It looks like fiber management clip of some sort.

If anyone knows what this is called and what/how it is use, really appreciate your insight.

Thanks

The attached document (and link below) identifies the part as a fiber clip.  It was originally designed for the Multi-rate Optical Card (MRC-12).

Danny,

Can you attach a snapshot of the part in question?

That would help a lot.

Thanks,

SteveN

Danny,

Tom is correct.  This is the "short Fiber Clip" used for fiber management.

We have used this fiber clip on the OTU-2 card.

You can see there is an open hole on the OTU-2 card.

Yes, this part is a called the "Short Fiber Clip" and is for fiber management.  It will work on the OTU2 card.  The link in Tom's email shows how to install it.
