How to run CTC 8.5 on Windows 2012 R2?

I have hardware ONS 15454 SDH release 8.5.

On Windows 2012R2 put java version 1.6_42

I downloaded the StartCTC app.exe with hardware, but when you run it an error occurs.

Cannot run program "command.com" : CreateProcess error = 2

I added the JAVA_HOME variable to the Windows environment, but it didn't help.

Have a successful experience running CTC on Windows 20120R2?

Hello,

You have to do the above steps and download the Enterprise Java SDK

You need to add the JAVA_HOME environment variable to the server, then bounce the box.

When you go into CTC for the first time, it will prompt to install Java 5 -say yes

You have to do the steps above and these for every user on the machine.

Put SDK java 5 version, has done these steps. The problem is not resolved. Tried different versions of java1.5_22 and java1.6_37. What else can be related to the problem, maybe there is a person who works on Windows Server 2012r2?
