IE2000 and IE4000 SFP Problem with low signal

Hi, I have problem with IE2000 and IE4000 (i have 6 of them with problems).

In every 10 min i recive message:

Cisco-SFF8472: Floating-point subsystem (SFF8472) Notification Event

%SFF8472-5-THRESHOLD_VIOLATION: Gi1/1: Rx power low alarm; Operating value: -29.6 dBm,

I changed SFP modules (checked 3 different models and brands) with no success. Fiber has been checked and everything is ok. If this message is real i should recive network problems such as STP topology change or connectivity loss. But there is no problem with communication, just that messages.

When you indicate the "fiber has been checked", what does that mean? What is the insertion loss for the fiber link you are using? What type of fiber link is being used; singlemode or multi-mode (which type, OM1, 2, 3, or 4). Which model/part # transceiver are you using at the ends of the fiber? What is the power level of the optical signals being received at each transceiver? Query each transceiver at the link ends to determine the Transmit and receive levels: show transceiver detail (refer to user doc for correct command nomenclature). It only takes a dirty connector to cause an optical link to not function properly.  If the link isn't functioning, upper level protocols will not fuction.
