MTBF for 1000BASE-SX SFP

What is the MTBF for 1000BASE-SX SFP adapters? I have looked through the product documentation/specifications here with no success (the product documentation is pretty weak): https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/interfaces-modules/1000base-sx-sfp/model.html

I have been able to find the MTBF for many other compatible adapters from other mfgs. but nothing for cisco devices.

I do not have correct document to point you, but as i know it is 1M hours for SFP MM - GLC-T as i remember
