NCS 540 DAC compatibility

Hello,

My NCS 540 (N540X-6Z18G-SYS-A) did not recognize a media non-cisco passive DAC 0.5m.

Do you have some advices to resolve this problem ?

And important, i can't buy a cisco DAC.

  Consider that a show stopper and or bounce to be a requirement ,
