I have a problem, where i can't log into NMS CTM8.0 because it show pop up that the user account has expired "please contact your administrator"
I've tried to log into NMS using user, superuser, and SysAdmin, but all of it was rejected.
could anybody help how to resolve this problem?

i now can access to NMS CTM8.0 using user: SysAdmin
