Hi,
I am using a server vendor provided QSFP+ breakout cable (something like this) in which one end is connected to a 2U server and 2 out of other 4 ends need to go into a layer-3 device (remaining 2 are unused at this stage). I got a cisco 3560-X with C3KX-NM-10G and connected the two ports to slot 2 and 4 as per the cisco documentation , however the ports are getting detected as 1G (Gi1/2 and Gi1/4) instead of 10G (Te1/1 and Te1/2)
op-sw-1#show inventory

NAME: "GigabitEthernet1/4", DESCR: "unsupported"

I have already run the commands
service unsupported-transceiver andno errdisable detect cause gbic-invalid on the device. The port-group considers Te1/2 and Te1/2 as active
op-sw-1#show hw-module port-group all
Switch Port-Group Active Inactive
---------------------------------------------
1 1 Te1/1 Gi1/2
1 2 Te1/2 Gi1/4
The show interface status has the following output
Port Name Status Vlan Duplex Speed Type
Gi0/24 notconnect 1 auto auto 10/100/1000BaseTX
Gi1/1 notconnect 1 auto auto Not Present
Gi1/2 notconnect 1 auto auto unsupported
Gi1/3 notconnect 1 auto auto Not Present
Gi1/4 notconnect 1 auto auto unsupported
Te1/1 notconnect 1 full 10G Not Present
Te1/2 notconnect 1 full 10G Not Present
Any suggestions to fix this are much appriciated. Thanks!

Also as soon as I insert the 10G end of the QSFP breakout cable into the module, I see the follow error:
*Jan 2 02:12:12.493: %GBIC_SECURITY_CRYPT-4-VN_DATA_CRC_ERROR: GBIC in port Gi1/2 has bad crc
*Jan 2 02:12:12.493: %PHY-4-UNSUPPORTED_TRANSCEIVER: Unsupported transceiver found in Gi1/2

*Jan 2 02:12:56.106: %PHY-4-UNSUPPORTED_TRANSCEIVER: Unsupported transceiver found in Gi1/4
even though I have already executed the following commands and restarted the switch:
#service unsupported-transceiver
#no errdisable detect cause gbic-invalid
