SG200-26 26-PortSwitch VLAN Port 11 and 12 no connection to EON Fiber

Hi there,

it's been a time i im with CLI oder http access to a cisco, so maybe u guys can help me out and have some patience with me, thanks !

so whats going on ?

I got a fiber connection from my ISP with EON fiber (germany) the UTM 9 firewall get the connection and the interface looks like this:

so...

the plan is : cat cable comes from the ONT to 24 port patch panel from there into port 11 which is in VLAN 8 from there we leave on port 12 which is also in VLAN 8 with cat cable  to the interface 3 of the firewall.

if i use a direct connection from the ONT to the firewall it works, with the cisco ports in between it dosen't.

i also swicthed the VLAn to 132 which is the VLAN used by the ISP , but no success either.

any hints ?
