I want to anderstand if the Tx power value (shown on this picture) is good or can cause any issu with this link

The issue is NOT the Tx but the Rx. Notice the Rx has a "-" value? That means it is generating minor alarms in the logs.
Try to shut/no shut the ports (give it a few seconds before enabling the port again) and see if the situation improves.

Review the data sheet for the optical transceiver you are using. Each transceiver has an Optical Receive Range specification that the signal level needs to meet. Some long reach SFPs can operate properly with an optical signal level as low as -27dbm. Other Transceiver's may require more signal level to work correctly.
