Currently I have a SW Cisco Catalyst 2960X-48FPS-L, which has SFP Gbics and a fiber of 10 GB to connect from this SW to another Cisco Catalyst 2960X-48FPD-L which supports SFP+ 10 GB.
Could you help on choose the right tranceiver to uplink 1 GB to 10 GB in the Cisco Catalyst 2960X-48FPS-L ?
Or Do I need just to verify if programming the SW 48FPS-L, I can uplink current SFP to support SFP+?
Please confirm if possible.
Thank you.

Cisco optics support same speed and same wavelengths at both ends.
So if one side is SFP, the other side must be identical.

There is no way you can connected different speeds,
Both side should be same Like 1GB SFP to 1GBSFP same wavelenth or 10GB SFP to 10GB SFP same wave length ,

You could install a 1 Gbps transceiver in the 2960X-48FPD-L per the below compatibility matrix.

Otherwise, you will have to change out the 2960X-48FPS-L to a switch that supports a 10Gbps transciever.
