Using Cisco 10G SR sfp+ in C9500 24y4c-e

Dear all,

I have a problem when using 10g SR SFP+ in c9500 24y4c-e. I use that SFP module in 25ge native of c9500. The switch know that I am using 10g sfp but there is no optical signal at  transmit port of sfp as following picture

 

What I should do to get output on transmit port of sfp?

If you do Show log -- is there anything useful in there? IS there anything coded on the port configuration to speed other than 10000?

Hi Carl,

My problem is already solved. I change the ios xe version 16.9.04 to 16.12.04. After upgrade version all spf work normally.
