what is the alternative to DWDM ONS 15530

Hello!

      My network is running DWDM ONS 15530 , but this device  is EOL of  JUNE next year.

      So I want to find a new device to take alternative of  DWDM ONS 15530.

The 15454 MSTP Platform will be the replacement product, however as the EOL notice states it is not a direct 1 for 1 replacement.  You will need to work with your Cisco sales team to review your transport requirements and they will be able to provide you with a new design for your network using the MSTP platform.
