Running 12.3(8)T4 on a 1760, a Valcom 2003A connected to a VIC2-2FXO with loop-start signaling will go off-hook/busy for a VoIP connection from CCM through a H3232 dial-peer for a little over 7 seconds but then goes on hook again. The Valcom prompt tone is not heard during this time.
Tripping through the same dial-peer with 'csim start nnn' stays off hook for the duration of the test cycle (30 seconds). Wiring a butt set in remote batt mode to the RJ11 line coming into the FXO port works correctly and using the butt set direct to the Valcom works correctlyl.
The exact same setup in another building but on a 3725 w/ NM-HDA/EM-4FXO works fine.
debug voice hpi all shows no signal going through the DSP's on the 1760, hence an indicator of not hearing the Valcom's prompt tone.
Tried different VIC2 cards in different slots.
Wanted to see if anyone out there had any ideas before I have to bother TAC.
