2651xmv router echo

I have 2 2651xmv router with my a t1 pri terminated into each 1. I am running Version 12.2(11)T6 on each one of the routers with callmanager 3.3(2c) and the customer is complaining about echo problems. I have change the echo cancellation from 8, 16 to 24 but they are still experiencing these issues. Anyone have the same problem.

Extended echo coverage is available but you may have to take the circuits out of service temporarily, depending on your config. You can also adjust gain and attenuation settings. You should review the troubleshooting echo documentation on CCO and open a TAC case if you cannot resolve it.

We had a lot of echo problems until we went to the 64 ms enhanced code. Am running 122-15.ZJ2 in all our 36XX/37XX gateways with great results. I was able to get 64 ms beta code for the 6608s as well. My only problem now is a 7206 gateway, which doesn't have 64 ms code available.
