3rd party Attendant Console options

I have a few customers who are not at all happy with Attendant console. Can anyone point me in the direction of 3rd party alternatives. I've seen ArcIP's offering but I haven't been able to find anything else.

Hi,

Attendant console is a pain in older versions ,I aggree with you on that but it is greatly improved with version 4.0 and 4.1 with queueing support as well.You can look at third party consoles ,what protocol they are going to talk to CM ,You could use consoles which support Cti .
