I need help troubleshooting a CCM 4.0(2a) IPMA issue. What is happening is the TomCat web service is stopping on our Publisher and users are also unable to search DCD from their IPMA consoles.
I've enabled trace on CTI Manager and IPMA, any general ideas on what would cause Tomcat to stop in regards to IPMA?
