Dialing through the ISDN gateway with CTI app causes D-Channel to reset (all calls are dropped)
Workaround - CTIManager is now disabled.

I have in fact seen this, and I resolved it by opening a TAC case. It turned out to be a CCM bug, and I ended up having to check the setting that said something like "do not reset gateway at PRI reinitialization" (i can't remember exactly and i haven't looked at a gw like that in months) THEN reboot CM?? But, best thing to do is go with TAC on this one.
