We have several 7910 which doesn?t give missed calls details, therefore we intend to develop a script/ program which should send missed call email to users inbox along with caller number. I will appreciate suggestion on how to handle this.
Basically you have to look at device monitoring via (J)TAPI. Monitor all events for those 7910 phones, and when a call goes unanswered, you send your email (or you collect them in a DB and send daily reports or whatever is required).
