You can do it by just upgrading the phone load or
disable enabling caching in the TFTP server to recreate configuration files.
Lets recreate the config files:
In the CCM --> Service parameters ---> Cisco TFTP ---> Advanced --->
- Enable Caching of Constant and Bin Files at Startup*
- Enable Caching of Configuration Files*
- Change both to FALSE
