Some users in my network usually complain that their ip phone (7912) usually restarts .I dnt know if it is a firmware bug or I have something wrong in my network
We have 3550 edges and 6513 core , we dont configure Qos on the switches as I know by defult that the IP Phone resets the Qos tag of the PC .
Any advices

Few thoughts: Uprgade firmware, hardcode 100 Full on one of the switch ports to see if it fixes it and check your DHCP renewal settings.

And is there a way to monitor why a phone restarts.
