7912G IP Phone not registering with CCM

Hi,

I'm having a big challenge and I'll appreciate every assistance I can get.

I just bought 2 7912G IP phone and I've added them to the CCM database but I'm having probs with them connecting to the CCM. It receives all the details from the CM and even has the correct IP address of the CM and TFTP server. I'm only having this problem on the 7912G phones. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Hello Kayode,

What's the status the phone gets stuck in? any particular error? What's the pool for CCM? Any differences in the vlans for the phones? what version of CCM and phone load you are using? Alternatevely you might want to try changing to the latest phone load. Cheers

Also, Bug CSCec03818 describes a problem with the 7912 when used with a 6500.
