7914 expansion module question

I have a 7960 with a 7914 expansion module. All buttons of the 7914 are programmed as Directory Numbers of other employees so that the attendant will monitor the status of their lines. However, the display of the 7914 shows only the Directory Number, but I want to display the NAME of that directory number. Do you guys know how to do this?

It depends on what version of CallManager you are running. If I remember correctly, the ability to assign labels per line will be in a 3.2 release.

We are running 3.13 and do not have the ability to add labels.
