7921 phone cant dial out, dial inbound is fine..

Anyone have any thoughts as to why I cant dial out from phone?

Four digit dial out works but not external dial out....

Check the CSS of the line of the phone. Is this for CME or CM?

If you are able to dial internally ..this looks like a gateway issue.

Are other people able to dial out ?

all 7941 dial out fine its just this one 7921

Do they both have the same CSS? Can you show a debug on the gateway when the wireless tries to make a call out?

If the 7941 and 7921 have same css and still u have the same issue try this

Go to Route Plan-->Route Plan Report

On the left drop down Find Select "Unassigned DN" and in the box search for directory number of 7921.

If you find any unassigned DN with that number delete it and try calling again
