At one of our office we have access codes to track the sales teams phone usage for long distance. On regular phone(7960,40,10) after the # is dialed you hear a beep and enter your access code. On the 7935 it will not allow us to put in the code. We hear the beep but when we press keys it does not make the tones, and then the call is ended by the phone company because the code was not entered. any suggestions or a point in the right direction.
