7940 manual call manager IP

I am using a 7940 cisco phone, and was wondering whether it is possible to manually enter the call manager ip, in the network settings, on the phone itself (not via a router). I unlocked the network settings via **# but was not able to alter the call manager ip.

Jeroen,

You can't actually enter the CallManager addresses, but you can manually enter the address of the TFTP server where the phone will find it's configuration file. It's this that you need to fill in.
