In Call Manager 4.2(3) I receive an error when I try and copy and insert the 7941 button template. Any ideas on how to fix this?

A stack overflow error on clicking insert. It seems that the standard template is bad. Also, in the standard template, on the second line the word 'line' appears even though it is not active. Looks like bad code in the template.

Looks like a bug but I cannot find it in bug tool yet. I finally opened a tac case today but the engineer kept focusing on phone firmware. How can I assign a button template I cannot create to a phone???

I posted in the thread you mentioned. I also opend a TAC case. Tomorrow I am going to try as a work around setting up my 7941s a 7941GEs and configureing the template as needed.
I have asked my TAC engineer if this would work and will let you know what I hear.
