7962 SIP Files

Hi All,

I ahve 7962G cisco IP Phone, which i converted into SIP from SCCP.

Problem is after converting the phone into SIP it asks for the following files which i have no idea from where to get.

1. ITLFile.tlv
2. ITLSEP<MAC-ADD>.tlv
3. XMLDefault.cnf.xml
4. CTLSEP<MAC-ADD>.tlv

Reason for converting from SCCP to SIP is want to integrate the phone with HUAWIE SoftX3000.

Hi Hamid,

These files are the configuration and security related files which are provided by the Cisco unified communications manager to the IP phone. If you are connecting the IP phone to any third party PBX then these are not required.
