1. Does 7985 phone supports video conferencing under CCM ( without having video conferencing server ) ?

2. Is there any additional Hardware/software required for point-to-point video call using 7985 (other than standard CCM server )?

7985 supports Video conferencing with CCM alone. IP telephony and IP video telephony are delivered to every user using a unified dial plan and common directory -- over a single Cisco IP Communications infrastructure -- through Cisco CallManager.

To clarify, a point to point video call be performed as long as everything is on reachable via an IP network. To do video conferencing with more than 2 parties, you will need a video conferencing server (MCU). To perform a video call through the PSTN you will need a video GW.
