A HELP ON FAX with FXS in NM-HDA---Urgent

Need help! I have a client who is using a 2621 (IOS 12.2.28T5) with NM-HDA and 12 FXS ports.There are 9 FAX machines caonnected to these FXS ports.We are using MGCP with mgcp modempassthrough cisco command for FAXs.We are using CCM3.2.2c with support patch (to support HDA module as MGCP).Now the problem is outgoing FAXs are goinh thru pretty well.But when someone is trying to FAX or Call that extensions we are getting a reorder tone.

ANy suggesstions?

You will need to look at what is happening with the MGCP messages at the 2621. Do you even see the CRCX from CCM? A sniffer trace or call manager traces shoudl reveal the problem.
