a serious problem about cmm

have a problem need help

in a period(around a month)

my cmm have some problem about switch some packet

must issue hw-module module x reset to solve this issue

any one can help me

You didn't provide a lot of info, but 8 months ago we had the same problem. Our resolution was to upgrade the CMM code. Warning, read to release notes on upgradeing the IOS code on the CMM, it's trickey and you want to be 100% that the module and the 6 port T1 cards are upgraded properly. If not you screw up the blade and have to RMA back to Cisco

how correct you are ! I have 12.13 CMM trying to upgrade to 12.18 ,I did follwo the upgrade pdf but not clear.

could you please confirm ,if g1/0 off cmm is configured for vlan 70 and in the range 10.10.70.8/24 and ccm is on 10.10.70.10 /24 ,also sure720 is running 12.17d ?

I could get the tftp ping back to to cmm ,but i can ping from cmm the d./f gway ?
