a Software forced crash c3845

One of my Voice Gateway rebooted suddenly without leaving any unusual error messages on syslog server. The result of show version command is as follows; anyone have idea why this happen and safety measures for future.

Voice-GW uptime is 28 minutes

Hi!

Seems that the router crashed due to a memory corruption issue. The router runs memory checking algorithms to verify that the

memory has not been corrupted. If the router detects that the memory has been corrupted, it crashes. A memory corruption occurs at some point due to some IOS process writing in memory where it shouldn't therefore this is a software issue.

Usually and IOS upgrade is needed.
