I have a new Unity 3.x integration into an existing Exchange environment with around 10 Exhange servers. So far everyting seems to be fine however, when I try to import a user from exhange, after finding the user, the Unity box grays out the server drop down boxes at the bottom of the screen. When doing so, the store that is selected is the first store in the list rather than the store where the user actually resides. My customer is concerned this is not a cosmetic problem and refuses to add users until I have confirmation this is actually not a problem. I also have a case opened with TAC. Any thoughts...

You are right in saying this is cosmetic only. To convince your customer why don't you import a test user?
This has been logged as CSCdv67125 and should be fixed before too long.

Thanks! The customer would not let me import even a test
subscriber until I had a bug ID to point to.
