Adding Intercluster trunks to route groups

From what I am reading, I should be able to add intercluster trunks to route groups. Wondering if anyone has this configured. Basically we are hoping to offer the cluster connected to us redundant long distance routes over the intercluster trunks.

Would this require a GK?

Yes, you can do that. You can create ICT GK controlled or non-GK controlled. If you have redundant ICTs in a RG it will select the second one if the first one cannot be located.

You can add them into route groups which are non-qsig.
