When calling another company we get to their auto attendant and enter the extension we wish to call. The IP phones do not show what we entered. They stop recording digits once the call is connected. Is there a setting that will change that behavior? The call is connected, we just don't see the digits.

No, that is WAD (Working as designed) and there is no feature to change that.

Hi Paul,
Just to add a note to Jorge's.Most newer systems all have this funtionality as a User Security feature.When users connect to Voicemail or IVR systems that require a password or PIN,they do not want the additional digits displayed for others to see.
