All phones display html instead of phone services

All our phones display html code when we press the phone services button & when we double click the help (?) button. The phones have been subscribed to phone services & the phone service definitions use ip addresses not host names.

Phones are 7960 & CCM is 3.3(2).

Is this a service you wrote? If so, then you probably need to send the proper headers. For example "Content-type: text/html" or "Content-type: text/xml".

No. It happens with simple services like Personal Address Book & fast-dials, or anytime the phone tries to read html or asp from the server. We initally noticed it when we subscribed some phones to a simple CRS/ICD application which is based upon the bundled CRS, ICD.aef application.
