"Call Back" - "Call me Back" feature on CUCM v11

Hello Team,

 

I have two points of discussion:

 

In a schenario of Phone A calls Phone B

 

A. I was wondering if anyone apart from the Call Back Feature (denote the presense/availability of called number -Phone B so that Phone A will call it again) has seen a "Call me Back Feature" ie a notification on the Phone B that Phone A requests to Call it Back.

 

B. Is there a option on CUCM to disable Call Back Feature on certain phone(s)?

Any comment is more that welcome!

No, there is no call me back

If you don't want a phone to use callback, remove it from the softkey template.

Thanks for your feedback Jaime,

 

On the second question I was actually wondering (I haven't seen it till now), If for example a Manager can configure NOT to be monitored by the CallBack service since the party who sends the callback gets notified when the Manager is available (and the Manager may not want to show his availability)...

I know its too much...
