Answer delay in 827-4V

Hi,

I have a delay problem with VoIP calls. in a call when the other side answer i hear a sound like "pi" and lose first words of conversation.

Somebody have a idea that what happend?

Check whether your One-way transmit delay exceedes 150 ms .

Thanks, but the problem came by the caller id. Now its solved.
