As far as I know, no tool is available to test DID's. Please see this link if you find any other procedure to test...

This may be something to look at; it comes in CCM 3.3(4)
Dialed Number Analyzer (DNA) Tool Support: The Dialed Number Analyzer tool (DNA) allows customers to test a Cisco CallManager dial plan configuration prior to deploying it or to analyze dial plans after the dial plan is deployed. Use the results to diagnose a dial plan, to identify potential problems, and to tune a dial plan. See the Cisco CallManager Dialed Number Analyzer Guide for more details on this tool. This tool is available as an install plugin with CallManager 3.3 (4).
External Transfer Restriction (sometimes called trunk-to-trunk transfer): The system administrator can enable a service parameter that will block all users in the system from transferring a call from an external number to another external number.

In a past life, I did breifly work with a product from Hammer Technologies. This was designed to test CTI and IVR scripts, but I beleive it could also be used to test a large number of DID. It allows you to create a script that will dial a large list of numbers and report on how many answered, if it got fast busy, etc.
Might be overkill for your application, but I thought I would at least throw it out there.

A tool for this would be great! What I had to do was debug the calls and call in from the outside via a cell phone and see if they came in or not. It was a real tedious process. For 5000 DID's... thats ridiculous, I did it for 200 and that was painful enough. But if you need to try it out:
term mon
debug voice ccapi inout
and then test your DIDs.
