Any way simple login the EM? for example, press * and change the phone to EM with skip "Service button > select EM > login". I know how to one-time-login to skip the userid and pin but want to know more simple way.

Yes,

Use a service url button on the phone (define this in a template, apply template to phone)

Define the EM service with the following keywords at the end,

http://123.45.67.89/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#&userid=&seq=
