AS5300 call connect, but no voice can hear by each other.

AS5300 use 12.2(1) version IOS.

with PSTN connect T1 PRI circuit.

when I use CM IP Phone to call AS5300.

20 calls, have 19 calls is normal, can hear voice on the phone.

but have 1 call is unusual, can't hear voice on the each phone.(no one way voice, is two way no voice)

when I use AS5300 to call another AS5300,

the situation with IP Phone call. have 1 calls is no voice .

how can I do to reslove this problem.

Hi ,

You should check your DSPs ( show vfc X board...) it looks like you are facing DSP issue or maybe you have missmatch on ds0 configuration.

I also believe you are also dealing with DSP issues. You can use the following command to view the status of the DSP's from the enable prompt.

test dsp

sh snmp

Here is a output of the sh snmp but if you see any "DSPRM-PLATFM: resource recovery" then you are having DSP issues and the only thing you can do is Call TAC and reload the gateway.
