My AS5350 gateway looses VoIP calls due to "recovery on time expiry" on the
E1R2 CAS link. following is the call log;

What is the timer value to be changed to overcome this problem ?

When qsig sends a connect, it expects ack back and if it does not get it then the t310 expires and tears down the connection. You can however change the t310 timer in the router under the d channel as shown in this link.

I have only E1R2 CAS connection. What is the solution for this kind of link ?

hello,
you have to check the other end of the voip channel , if the other end is using PRI signaling so u should increment t310 timer at the other end to 60000ms.
