Have you experience ongoing calls are drop when dial from/to a phone connected to an ATA 186/188? I'm having a problem solving this kind of scenario. My config looks like this, I have an MCS with CCM 3.3(4) with one 7940, Cisco IP Softphone, and one ATA 188. Whenever I made a conversation from/to the ATA phone, within a minute or less the ongoing conversation will drop. I have already tried three different firmwares for the ATA but still the problem occurs. Can anybody shed light why I'm experiencing this? What are the possible solutions to this problem?
