ATA to ATA call problem ??

I have connected two ata boxes to work on IP dialing at remote location. I have checked the routers for necessary configuration and is alright I am able to ping both the IP's , I am also getting dialtone on both the ATA's But when I dial the 2nd ATA from the first one I cant getthrough. I have the following debug for on 2nd ATA as follows

block queue <- (18 1326444 0)

Connect to <0xca594027 1720>..

1:30;0,0,0,0,

SCC->(0 0) <cmd 20>

SCC->(0 1) <cmd 20>

SCC->(0 0) <cmd 5>

TCP connect err: -33

What could be the possible cause of the problem ?? Please Help

If you're getting consistant pings, take a look at firewall settings or NAT issues restricting the TCP. There appears to be a TCP connect issue. Remember the dialtone is locally generated so is not a good troublshooting step. You might need tac's help with this.
