Hi.
I've noticed that in some installations, the AC software changes automatically the focus of the window, when a call is received.
Anyone knows where this kind of behaviour is defined?

It sounds like you might be talking about the 'pop to top' feature, there is a little icon in the lower right, next to the call control field. I think you just click it on or off.
