Attendant Console Buttons Grey out with internal calls only

CM 402sr1a and AC v 131es6.

If the attendant recieves a call everything works fine.

If the attendant generates an external call the tranfer options appear and operate.

If the Attendant generates an INTERNAL call, the transfer options disappear.

Transfer is an option on the phone for internal calls. Why would this option be available on AC software? Its really odd that it works when the AC makes an external call.

Any ideas?

Check whether the call is highlighted in the call details window when you attempt to right click and transfer a call. The transfer option is available only when the highlighted call in the Call Details window is active
