Attendant Console Hold Time

We have enabled Queuing for Attendant Console in broadcast mode. We wanted to change the hold time default value to a longer time, but it seems to go back to default value of "0". Is there way to make that change permanent, so we could have a longer hold time than the default? Thanks.

I am guessign you are using the ACConfig.bat files on the CallManager to change this time.

Make sure to save it and restthe TCd services. That shoudl take care of it, if not probaly you have to open a TAc case
