Attendant Console Pop-Up Window

Upgraded AC from 1.1 to 1.2 and the receptionist is complaining that the AC window keeps popping up while she is on the phone with a customer using a different app. Is there a way to stop the AC from automatically coming active on a new call?

On the bottom right of the console windows next to where it says "call control up" when logged in there is a small icon - click this to toggle the screen popping feature...
