Attendant Console shows strange behavior

Hi.

Got CCM Version 4.0(1)sr2a and using AC 1.3

1. The Attendant Console cost a lot of performance, it slows down all Computers using AC, why?

2. When there is an incoming call the AC shows a lot of double entries. AC users having shared lines on there expansion modules can see the line state: shared line is in use, but it isn´t, any idea why AC shows this behavior?

There is a known problem that the Attendant Console does not reflect the correct set of call details, if the application is launched while there is activity on the phone.
