attendant console timers

Hi

I have a customer with attendant console 1.1(3) and all is working ok except for calls transfered to a phone which is transfered to a mobile number.The console (pops) a failure message but if you leave it the call will be transfered OK. Maybe a timer for the pop is set too low but can it be changed ? I cannot find any reference to any timers .

If it works and its just the warning message then you may aswell ignore it.
