Attendant Console users not getting calls

I have a few ac users that are logged in and will receive calls, the problem is that intermittently some users that are logged in won't receive the calls. They are logged in to the ac console but are passed right over in the group. So far the only way to resolve is to unplug phone and plug back in. Any ideas? this is CCM 3.3.3 sr4

I guess you have to upgrade the attendant console to the latest 1.2(1)ES8
